Ordering
over the Internet
Ordering over the BOREMgear.com website is easy, safe and
very secured.
Browse
through the catalog by choosing a category.
Click the "Add" button " next to the product
picture to add to
your Cart.
When you are finished shopping, click the "Check Out" button to
provide us your info and get your Total including shipping.
Click "Submit Order" button. [We accept Visa, MasterCard, Disco
very and Amex cards].
**For Money order payment, See question #4**
YOUR SHIPPING AND BILLING INFORMATION MUST BE EXACTLY AS WRITTEN ON YOUR BILLING
STATEMENT!! You'll receive a confirmation email
immediately after you press "Submit Order". Once you get this
confirmation email, you know your order was received.
NOTE: DO NOT CALL IN YOUR ORDER. ALWAYS PLACE YOUR
ORDER OVER THIS WEBSITE OR EMAIL IT TO US!!

BOREMgear.com is committed to providing you with a safe, secure
,and reliable online transaction. Your payment information will be
transmitted in a secure manner using Open SSL (Secure Socket Layer)
standard. Credit card information will be encrypted by your browser
before it even leaves your computer. Once received, all orders are
encrypted before e-mailed to our processing center and stored offline.

Alternate Ordering
You can also order by money order. Using money orders are fine,
but they will delay shipment. Nonetheless, you can order by any
one of the following:
1. Order over the Web using a credit card
2. Order by email using a money order , or traveler's check.

Money Order, Traveler's Checks
1. Browse through the catalog and click the "Add To Cart" button
next to the product picture to order.
2. When you are finished shopping, click the "Recalculate Order" button
to get subtotal.
3. Email the "Shopping cart" page to us at sales@boremgear.com.
4. Once you receive e-mail confirmation plus shipping rate from us,
get a money order or traveler's check for the Total at your local
bank or post office.
5. Send it to us with your confirmation number, shipping address,
email and telephone number.
6. We will ship your order once your money order or check clears.
**Please note that ordering by money order will take longer than
using a credit card.**

International Ordering and Shipping
We ship world wide every day! If you have a valid credit card,
and a home to ship it to, we'll hook you up! BOREMgear will
ship your order via UPS or any other shipping method of your
choice which may take between 14-17 days to be delivered.

Costs
We are directly linked to the UPS site, therefore your shipping
rates are determined directly by UPS in regards to your
location and method of delivery you choose.
*Checks and Money-order shipping rates will be e-mailed to you
with your confirmation.
*International shipping rates are determined at time of shipment.
The cost of shipping to countries outside of the U.S. varies,
depending on local government taxes, fees, the weight of the
package, and the value of the order. Remember: All duties and
customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. You can
call your local tax office for duty rates.

Shipping Time
All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours
of being received!! UPS Ground takes 3-7 days to arrive,
UPS Rush is 2-3 days, and Canadian orders take 4-10 days.
International shipping takes 14-17 days but may be delayed
at customs. This may take some extra time!

Exchange Policy
We do not Refund. Only Exchange, if you are not fully satisfied
and wish to exchange an item, you may do so only if it has never
been worn and is returned to us in the exact same condition as
you received it. If you detect any defect or problem with
workmanship, you will have 2 weeks to return or exchange the
item. ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE ARE FINAL!!!.
THERE ARE NO RETURN / EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS.
In the event of a return, send your package to the address
below. Please include a copy of your invoice, and a note
telling us what you would like us to do (size exchange, ….).

We update the site weekly, so we cannot publish a printed catalog.
If we did, it would be outdated by the time you received it.

physical location. We are working hard to make sure that we

Our online ordering system enables us to provide you with
